CLINICAL/MEDICATION QUESTIONS
Consideration is given to your unique history and to prescribing guidelines which treatments would be most appropriate, safe, tolerable, effective and affordable.

Prescriptions for medication are typically given but not guaranteed to be given at the initial appointment.
Instead, its purpose is to allow time for (1) a comprehensive evaluation, (2) discussion of possible diagnoses and corresponding treatment options and (3) to get to know one another and see if we both agree it would be a good fit for us to collaborate in your receiving health care from this practice.
Please, be aware that we do not prescribe medication nor communicate in extended conversations about clinical issues outside of a scheduled appointment.
If require further discussion about new symptoms, a diagnosis, medication adjustment or a new prescription, please email a request to reschedule the next appointment to an earlier date.

This policy ensures we are able to devote adequate time to discussing your important health concerns without interruption or compromising the quality of your care.

We make a special effort to explain all aspects of your problem and treatment. However, if something is not clear, please do not hesitate to ask. We respect professional boundaries at all times and practice in accordance with the highest of ethical principles and standards.
